Make a heart using one of the following ideas, and drop it off at the Sandy Library by February 14th. Baskets of the hearts will be delivered to each school in the Oregon Trail School District the following day. Make sure your hearts are not addressed to specific teachers as they will be delivered at random.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=jf3FXRWuV2M\"><em>woven paper heart<\/em><\/a><em> &nbsp;&#8211; you can pick up a template for this at library curbside<\/em><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/bitsofivory.com\/2016\/12\/21\/danish-heart-baskets\/\"><em>heart baskets<\/em><\/a><em> &#8211; a more complex version of the woven heart<\/em><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4RS94MH4ET0\"><em>paper heart chains<\/em><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Unfinished-Wedding-Guestbook-Greetings-Projects\/dp\/B01LXT1GX2\/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&amp;keywords=wooden+hearts&amp;qid=1609888941&amp;sr=8-2\"><em>wood hearts<\/em><\/a><em> &#8211; a limited supply will be available at our library curbside starting Jan. 20th for you to take home and decorate<\/em><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/hearts-28\"><em>knit<\/em><\/a><em> or<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/patterns\/library\/heart-50\"><em> crocheted<\/em><\/a><em> hearts &#8211; you can pick these patterns up at our library curbside. One person at a time will be admitted inside the building. If there is someone already at the Seed Library, we will take your name and phone number and call you when it is your turn. Five staff members had a reduction in hours, and four people had significant schedule changes. All staff are currently providing our essential services including information and assistance by phone, curbside pickup of holds, planning and assembling our Take &amp; Make programs, and shelving materials.
