You will see new faces at Sandy and Hoodland Libraries in June!<\/strong>
We hired three Library Clerks (20-30 hours\/week) and three On-Call Library Clerks.  They will be starting in their positions soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kimberly Gomez-Ruelas started in  2015 as a Shelver. In 2019, she became an On-Call Clerk.  You will see her for 30 hours\/week as a Library Clerk.  Kimberly also helps run our bilingual Spanish\/English language programs at Vista Apartments and Pioneer Mobile Home Park.  Kimberly has already started her position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Felicite Toney comes to us with significant library experience by way of Juneau, Alaska, and more recently, Hillsboro and Canby Libraries.  She begins her 30 hour\/week position on June 17th.  Felicite will work one day a week at Hoodland and three days at Sandy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crista Doty is making a career change into libraries.  Crista moved to Oregon to be a caregiver for a family member.  Her most recent work experience was as a Legal Process Specialist in Marin County.  Crista starts her 20 hour\/week position on June 12th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richard Camp, Emily Huffman, and Laura Skaggs are our three new On-Call Clerks.  They will begin their new positions on June 13th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oregon Department of Human Services<\/strong> (ODHS)
ODHS is in the Library. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am – 3:00pm for drop-in assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
