Volunteer Appreciation Event – In coordination with the Community Center the Volunteer Appreciation event had over 100 people attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reading Tutoring – 17 one hour sessions of reading tutoring  at Sandy (1 tutor and 1 student each).

<\/strong>Composting with Worms – 24 people attended this class presented by Master Gardener Kris LaMar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ongoing<\/strong>
<\/strong>*NEW* <\/strong>Mobile Stabilization and Outreach Unit – 11 clients and 7 service providers attended.  This unit is coordinated by Parole and Probation Officer, Amanda Denis from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office with the help of community partners: Love One, 4D, Central City Concern, Parrott Creek, Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO), ODHS and Clackamas Behavioral Health.   Their mission is to work collectively with community partners to find and assist adults who are on supervision, unsheltered and seeking stabilization in the community. They provide interventions, resources and accountability services to support their clients and community safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take & Make – 1000 (80 Sandy and 20 Hoodland).  Sunshine Journal.  Take & Make available beginning on the 15th day of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blood drive with the American Red Cross – 57 people attended, 48 donors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spanish Language Class – 16 people attended with one teacher<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creation Station – Creation Station is a twice monthly interactive program that welcomes adults with disabilities.  19 people attended on the 2nd Monday of the month, and 10 attended on the 4th Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
