Farmers Markets<\/strong>
It\u2019s that time of year!\u00a0 This month we talked to 113 (136 last month) people at the Mt Hood Farmers Market and 125 (177 last month) people at the Hoodland Farmers Market.\u00a0 We collected a total of $171 (last month $186) to help us upfit the Mobile Library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Longest Day Parkway<\/strong>
<\/strong>The Library booth gave away branded beach balls and a special Take & Make to 116 people and raised $40 for the upfit of the Mobile Library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ODHS is in the Library. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am – 3:00pm for drop-in assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teen Hangout -3 teens attended to play Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes<\/em> with Virtual Reality <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Mobile Stabilization and Outreach Unit – 15 clients and 5 service providers attended.\u00a0 This unit is coordinated by Parole and Probation Officer, Amanda Denis from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office with the help of community partners: Love One, 4D, Central City Concern, Parrott Creek, Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO), ODHS and Clackamas Behavioral Health.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

American Red Cross Blood Drive – 66 donors and 8 staff\/volunteers attended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creation Station – Creation Station is a twice monthly interactive program that welcomes adults with disabilities.  22 attended the 2nd Monday and 23 attended on the 4th Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mahjong – 5 people attended the beginner mahjong lesson with regular play afterward<\/p>\n\n\n\n
