This subdivision has 43 lots, trails, and open space. The gross building square footage is 7,421 square feet with 5,228 square feet on the main floor and a 2,193 square foot mezzanine. The building is a part of the Sandy Operations Center Master Plan and will provide much needed office, training, and maintenance space for the Sandy Transit Department. Liepold Farms will set up its stand at the same location where the Sandy Farmer\u2019s Market holds its Friday event. The applicant is proposing to use the same ten-foot by ten-foot prefabricated gazebo displaying \u201cSandy Style\u201d design elements that was used for last year\u2019s fruit stand. The fruit stand is proposed to be open seven (7) days a week.
