The Planning Commission reviewed an appeal of a Director&#8217;s decision regarding approval of design review for Johnson RV. \u00a0The commission approved the application with conditions.<\/p>\n<p>b) File No. 14-028 ZC &#8211; The Planning Commission will review a request by Michael Maiden to change the zoning for his property from I-2 to I-1 on March 23.<\/p>\n<p>c) File No. 15-008 SUB\/VAR &#8211; The commission will review a request for a six lot subdivision located at the corner of Meinig Ave. and Hood St.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\">2)\u00a0BUILDING DIVISION ACTIVITY\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0Total value for the month was $4,184,758.<br style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\" \/>b) 19 permits for single family dwellings with a value of $3,994,958. \u00a0<br style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\" \/>c) 3 permits for additions to single-family dwellings with a value of $137,200.<br style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\" \/>d) 0 duplexes.<br style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\" \/>e) 5 commercial permits with a value of $52,600.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\">FROM TERRE GIFT, BUILDING OFFICIAL &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>February construction and remodel projects have continued at a good up in pace and number due to great weather and steady sales.\u00a0\u00a0 Hayden Homes has 16 new homes in various phases of construction, and 6 more plans in review.\u00a0 Ed Wagoner 5 townhouses in progress. \u00a0Jerry Gravell Construction is nearing completion of 4 new townhouses, and has completed the retaining wall for the next four townhouses. \u00a0Jim Raze Construction and Kevin Cachatt\u00a0 each have one home in one progress.\u00a0\u00a0 Stonecreek Development have 5 homes in progress and another in review. \u00a0And Villa Vista Homes at Snowberry Subdivision have 18 homes under construction with 8 more in plan review.<\/p>\n<p>Commercial activities were somewhat less, but as varied and diverse as ever.\u00a0\u00a0 The new owners of the Magic Bean Bistro have obtained their business license.\u00a0 The underground plumbing work for the new laundry mat is slowly making progress at the old Sandy Vacuum location.\u00a0\u00a0 The Trout Pub has reopened its doors under a new owner, and after extensive cleaning and several improvements, they are now offering gluten free menu bread and other options.\u00a0 Buddha Kat Winery is expanding its wine and menu and will be adding a grease interceptor.\u00a0\u00a0 And the Ant Farm has continued to progress with improvements to both of their buildings.\u00a0 The Ant Farm has also expanded their menu to include more gluten free items.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\">3) URBAN RENEWAL\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211;
