{"id":413,"date":"2015-12-08T22:25:53","date_gmt":"2015-12-08T22:25:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/planning\/?p=413"},"modified":"2015-12-14T17:08:21","modified_gmt":"2015-12-14T17:08:21","slug":"november-2015-planning-and-building-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/planning\/2015\/12\/08\/november-2015-planning-and-building-report\/","title":{"rendered":"November 2015 &#8211; Planning and Building Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\">1) APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED\/UNDER REVIEW\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a) File 15-048 SUB &#8211; Staff is currently reviewing an application to create a new six lot subdivision at the northwest corner of Bluff Road and Olson Road.<\/p>\n<p>b) Rile 15-054 DR &#8211; Staff received an application from Goodwill Industries to construct a new store and a second tenant space retail building on the Ojai Lumber property.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\">2)\u00a0BUILDING DIVISION ACTIVITY\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0Total value for the month was $1,998,330.<br style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\" \/>b) 9 permits for single family dwellings with a value of $1,975,230. \u00a0<br style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\" \/>c) 0 permits for additions to single-family dwellings.<br style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\" \/>d) 0 duplexes.<br style=\"font-weight: inherit;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\" \/>e) 5 commercial permits with a value of $23,100.<\/p>\n<p>Through November we have had 111 residential buildings permits for the year.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;font-style: inherit;color: inherit\">FROM TERRE GIFT, BUILDING OFFICIAL &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>November construction and remodel projects were slower paced due in large part to the poor fall weather.\u00a0\u00a0 Hayden Homes has 13 new homes in various phases of construction. \u00a0Villa Vista Homes at Snowberry Subdivision completed five homes in November, and has 10 homes under construction.
