Festival and wine\/beer\/music is underway.<\/li>\n<li>Also started worked on the Estacada project after the award of the contract on 05\/13 by the Estacada council.<\/li>\n<li>I was asked by the DOJ to participate in a Federal\/State grant review process. \u00a0The Grant is designed to promote projects that aid in decreasing violence against women (particularly, domestic violence, date rape etc). \u00a0My participation was preparation for the next round of the grant. \u00a0I will be better prepared to apply, and hopefully receive grant funding that could be used to off-set some employee and program costs.<\/li>\n<li>I participated, with several others, in the Economic\/Business Rapid Response Team Training.<\/li>\n<li>We are prepping and staffing for multiple events coming up in July.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECORDS &#8211; Diane Reed<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Met with IT to brainstorm resolutions for ongoing computer issues.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of LEDS certification for all reserves.<\/li>\n<li>Met with Office Depot representative to resolve some service issues.<\/li>\n<li>All fire extinguishers either serviced, recharged, or retired.\u00a0 Good for another year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER &#8211; Officer Kevin Way<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I had approximately 21 people (teachers, students and parents) contact me seeking advice or referrals and conducted 3 background checks for the school district.<\/p>\n<p>I cited three high school students for MIP- Alcohol (by consumption).\u00a0 The students arrived to school on the school bus, then preceded to walk off campus were they consumed several beers.\u00a0 The students were released to their parents.<\/p>\n<p>An OTSD employee contacted me to report someone had applied graffiti to the ticket booth near the high school athletic field.<\/p>\n<p>I contacted several transient types, on separate occasions, on the walking trails behind the high school.\u00a0 I attribute the increase to the improving weather.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EVIDENCE\/PROPERTY ROOM &#8211; Juli Smith<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"center\"><strong>We took in 72 items into the property room in May and were able to purge 40 items from the property room (see graph below)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/police\/files\/2013\/06\/Received-and-Purged-property.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-175\" src=\"http:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/police\/files\/2013\/06\/Received-and-Purged-property.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"491\" height=\"308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/police\/files\/2013\/06\/Received-and-Purged-property.png 491w, https:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/police\/files\/2013\/06\/Received-and-Purged-property-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/police\/files\/2013\/06\/Received-and-Purged-property-478x300.png 478w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 491px) 100vw, 491px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trips to Crime Lab:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a02<\/p>\n<p><strong>Number of Items Submitted: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a014\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Year To Date:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a055<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales: <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0The Property Room had sales of $0 this month.\u00a0 Yearly sales total $3,425.00<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Malibu is currently in midst of auction and sealed bids are being accepted.\u00a0 In the first week of auction, over 107 people viewed the online listing &amp; photos. We have a reserve of $8500.00 set for the minimum bid.<\/li>\n<li>Checked into Fred Meyer Pharmacy bag program to promote drug drop box; decided free methods of publicity were adequately promoting the program.<\/li>\n<li>Added information for Oregon Trail School District to the Sandy Radio station.
