{"id":342,"date":"2015-05-28T19:34:51","date_gmt":"2015-05-28T19:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/police\/?p=342"},"modified":"2015-05-28T19:34:51","modified_gmt":"2015-05-28T19:34:51","slug":"council-report-may-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reports.cityofsandy.com\/police\/2015\/05\/28\/council-report-may-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"Council Report &#8211; May 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We ordered a new police staff scheduling software. \u00a0We found a very good program with a very reasonable price and well within our budget capabilities. \u00a0The program&#8217;s return on investment is expected to be substantial when you consider the cost and time required by the sergeants to maintain the current schedule on paper.<\/p>\n<p>In May, we started the hands on training Active Shooter Training for all Estacada School Staff. \u00a0Officer&#8217;s Olmos, Wetherbee and Chief Yamashita went each school and trained all of the staff. \u00a0Classes were held every Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>We continued to work this month with the Oregon Trail School district and have planned an exercise on June 8, with all staff.<\/p>\n<p>Reserve Officers supported the OTSD by helping out with prom. \u00a0They also supported the Mt.
