Maximum day\u00a0production\u00a0was 1.54\u00a0MG on September 30th.\u00a01.89 inches of rainfall were recorded at the treatment plant site during September.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WASTEWATER &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>A total of 34<em>,73<\/em>0,000 gallons of sewage were treated and used for irrigation. Minimum flow was 1.01\u00a0MGD on the 9th. Maximum flow was 1.47\u00a0MGD on the 17th. Rainfall was 0.07 inches on the 16th and 0.5 on the 17th. A total of 1.38\u00a0inches\u00a0of rainfall were\u00a0recorded during September.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #373737\">\u00a0BOD concentration was 8.3\u00a0mg\/l; BOD loading was\u00a080\u00a0lbs; permit allows 10\u00a0mg\/l and 125\u00a0lbs.; SS concentration was 15 mg\/l; SS loading was 146\u00a0lbs.; permit allows 10 mg\/l and 125 lbs. \u00a0Effluent permit loading and limits do not apply when treated wastewater is used for irrigation. These figures are shown to demonstrate treatment efficiency.Twenty-seven\u00a0metric\u00a0tons of sludge were processed in September\u00a0and 16.2\u00a0metric tons were hauled and spread on local pasture land. <\/span>The pumps at Marcy St.; Northside, Southside, Southeast, Southwest and Meinig Ave. lift stations ran a total of 253 hours with no significant problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STREETS<\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>&#8211;\u00a0The street sweeping contractor spent 56 hours sweeping streets and collected more than 40\u00a0tons (24 cu. yds.) of debris, covering 203\u00a0lane miles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: inherit\"><strong>PARKS, BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS &#8211; <\/strong>Staff placed bark dust at City Hall, and various public paths around the city.
