Special
Preschool visit – We had 9 preschoolers and 3 adults visit.
Ongoing
Take & Make – 123 (102 Sandy and 21 Hoodland) Picked up supplies for Bread in a Bag. Take & Make available beginning on the 15th day of the month.
Vista Apartments – 35 kids attended for literacy and STEM activities. They created yarn hearts, toothpick and marshmallow structures, and had an art free-for-all.
LEGO Club – Sandy 10 kids and 4 adults, Hoodland 2 kids and 2 adults
STEM Club – 16 kids and 11 adults came to make crystals.
Read to the Dog – 34 kids attended to read to Tanis
Reading Tutoring – 29 one hour sessions of reading tutoring at Sandy (1 tutor and 1 student each).
Storytimes
Storytime videos were posted in our Facebook Group: Sandy and Hoodland Libraries – Storytime Parents Group. Use numbers were recorded after 1 week. All Storytimes were presented by librarian Monica Smith – unless otherwise noted.

Take & Make – 90 (75 Sandy and 15 Hoodland) picked up supplies to make a Chinese New Year lantern. Take & Make available beginning on the 1st day of the month. Below are photos from last month’s take and make!
MakerSpace – 10 teens finished our winter Makerspace Camp at the Community Center. They made laser engraved mandala boxes and bath bombs.
Teen Hangout – 8 teens came to make chocolate hearts.
Teen Library Advisory Board (TLAB) – 4 teens attended to begin planning a culinary world tour program.

Plant Swap – 32 people attended
Ongoing
Take & Make – 100 (80 Sandy and 20 Hoodland) picked up supplies to make a Cinnamon Brain Booster Necklace. Take & Make available beginning on the 15th day of the month.
Spanish Language Class – 26 people attended with one teacher
Creation Station – Creation Station is a twice monthly interactive program that welcomes adults with disabilities. 24 people attended on the 2nd Monday of the month and 18 attended on the 4th Monday.
Craft Swap – 70 people attended!
Bllod Drives – 70 people participated in our blood drives in coordination with teh American red Cross.
ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Class – 13 people attended with 1 teacher
ESOL tutor – 13 one hour sessions (1 tutor and 1 student each)
Writing Group – 27 people attended our writing group
Fiber Arts Circle – 43 people attended in the Fireplace Room on Tuesday afternoons
Dungeons & Dragons – 6 people attended
Computer Classes – 3 people attended Computer Basics and 2 attended Internet Basics

Wy’East Artisan Guild has their In Bloom show on exhibit at Sandy Library until July 3rd. Stop by to see this great multi-artist local exhibit.
A new quilt is on display at Hoodland Library called Over the River by Arlene Glueck of the Hoodland Piecemakers Quilt Club.
