Library Activities: April 2025

Fines for Food during National Library Week!
Every April, during National Library Week, Sandy and Hoodland Libraries will waive half of patrons fines when they pay the other half.  All money collected during this week is distributed to our local food banks.

Sandy Community Action Center will receive $158.70 and Neighborhood Missions will receive $51.55 to purchase food needed for community members.  What a wonderful way to take care of a bill AND give back to our community!

Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS)
ODHS is in the Library. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am – 3:00pm for drop-in assistance.
