1) APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED/UNDER REVIEW
a) File No. 15-034 DR – Staff approved a design review to allow the La Bamba Mexican Restaurant to move from their current location to the corner of Pleasant and Strauss.
b) Files 15-035, 036, and 037 – Staff approved three adjustments to three separate lots in the Sandy Bluff 6 subdivision.
c) Files 15-039 and 040 – Staff approved two property line adjustments to resolve encroachments associated with the Idelman Park subdivision at the corner of Meinig and Hood.
d) File 15-043 – Staff approved a temporary use permit to allow use of a portion of the former Sandy Lumber Yard lot to be used by a local fence contractor.
2) BUILDING DIVISION ACTIVITY
a) Total value for the month was $5,152,211.
b) 8 permits for single family dwellings with a value of $1,675,035.
c) 1 permit for an addition to a single-family dwelling with a value of $5,300.
d) 0 duplexes.
e) 11 commercial permits with a value of $3,471,378.
Through September we have had 95 residential buildings permits for the year. This number exceeds the yearly total for each year back to and including 2008.
