- Alder Creek had a Peak Day production of 0.606 MG on April 13th.
- Alder Creek water plant production net of backwash water used was 11.15 MG.
- Brownell Springs production was a total of 2.30 MG and Peak Day production was on April 27th with a total of 250,380 gallons.
- Portland Water Bureau source production was a total of 17,986,097 gallons with a Peak Day production of 1,826,507 on April 17th.
- We recorded a total of 9.23 inches of rainfall at the water plant with peak rainfall on April 10th with a total of 1.52 inches.
- EQUIPMENT ISSUES: A Power outage on April 16th caused loss of SCADA setpoints throughout the system, resulting in additional PWB water taken
- On April 13th the Peak day flow was 2.95 MG and there was .71 inches of rainfall. The day before on April 12th, 0.70 inches of rainfall were recorded.
- A total of 41.7 MG of sewage was treated in the month of April.
- Monthly rainfall recorded at the plant was 7.99 inches with a peak of 1.00 inches on the 11th of April.
- 431,970 gallons of sludge were dewatered, processed and landfilled during April.
- Monthly Average Effluent BOD was 8.5 mg/l and the April monthly average for TSS was 13.6 mg/l.
- EQUIPMENT ISSUES:
* IMLR Pump 1 returned to Service on April 7th.
* BFP Polymer mixing system failure on April 13th.
* BFP stator and expansion joint failure on April 14th.
* Major power outage and loss of SCADA controls on April 16th
(ongoing issues for several days)
* BFP Polymer system repaired and returned to service on April 22nd. - PERMIT EXCEEDANCES OR EXCURSIONS:
* Ammonia daily exceedance on April 18th.
* Effluent TSS weekly exceedance on April 12th.

- The City’s street sweeping contractor removed 16 cubic yards of debris.
- With the heavy rains during the month of April, there was localized flooding with a sizeable flood at Meinig Park. Public Works staff responded and checked the flow control station located in the parking lot.
Konell Construction was notified of intent to award the contract for 362nd & Bell St construction (April 26, 2022)
Public Works fixed a water leak at the location where AntFarm holds their annual Farmers Market. (see below)
