Tree Lighting – 500 people came to our booth to talk to us or pick up our Take & Make
Stocking Stroll- 525 people came to the library to get a goodie for their stocking!
Shortest Day Walkway – 492 people were counted coming to our booth to pick up a Take & Make, get their passport stamp, or play our snowman game.
Hat , Scarf, and Mitten Tree
176 items collected at Sandy. Items included: lap blankets, head warmers, baselayer long underwear, socks, wash cloths, scarves, pairs of mittens/gloves, and hats.
76 items collected at Hoodland. Items included: blankets, socks, slippers, gloves/mittens, scarves, ear warmers, hats, and toiletries. Hoodland also collected 79 cans of food for Neighborhood Missions.
Holiday Cards for Seniors
343 (295 Sandy, 48 Hoodland) Holiday cards for seniors were returned and handed out to Meals on Wheels recipients and Avamere residents! Thank you to our wonderful community for taking part in this event.
Kiwanis Toy Drive – A large number of items were collected for the Kiwanis Toy Drive.
Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS)
ODHS is in the Library. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am – 3:00pm for drop-in assistance.
