Tickle Creek Condominiums: The new project manager for Tickle Creek Condominiums applied for their third renewal to their temporary structure approval to place two temporary job site trailers associated with the condominiums on the development site. The proposed use of the trailers includes one to be used as a temporary office and the second trailer to be used for dry storage. The two trailers were moved from their previous location next to Unit A to a concrete pad further southeast on the property.

The condominium project is moving into their next phase of development and has completed the installation of curbs and paving of impervious asphalt. They are currently working on the base rock for the pervious asphalt section at Dubarko Road. The rock layer under the pervious asphalt functions as a water storage basin, allowing stormwater to collect and drain properly.
