HR Report – September 2018

Recruitment for our next City Manager began this month. We have received numerous applications, representing 20 states. A committee has been appointed to review the applications and provide Council with the top candidates to interview in November. We are aggressive in our timeline, and doing our best to get have the new City Manager begin before the end of 2018.

There a number of other positions open in the City, including:

  • Building Monitor
  • Lifeguard
  • Head Lifeguard
  • Swim Instructor
  • Water Exercise Instructor
  • Swim Lesson Coordinator

Most recently, the position of Systems Administrator was recruited for and filled.

To date we have 114 employees, including three new hires this month.
