HR Report – July 2019

In July the City had one new hires, and three separations. The new hire is a limited duration hire to assist in the Transit Department while an employee is out on leave. The separations were from the Finance, Library, and Community Services departments.

The city entered into a professional services agreement with Local Government Personnel Institute (LGPI) in June to conduct a Pay Equity Analysis and Compensation Study. The first phase, the pay equity analysis, will begin in August and may take as long as sixteen weeks. Updated on the status of the extensive project will be provided as they become available.
